Social Trading

These Terms govern your use of and access to www.kelta.com ("kelta.com") when you connect your account with kelta.com. kelta.com is a voluntary facility which allows you to access trading commentary, news, bogs and analysis on foreign exchange, macro, equities and commodities, which has been provided by entities within the KELTA CAPITAL LTD and other third parties.

Use of targets

Kelta.com and the related online application tools include the Use of targets.

“Target” definition

Target (plural Targets), when used in kelta.com, refers to the online software tool that enables following a copying of trading signals. Targets can be followed, promoted, copied, sold and purchased.

The term “Use of targets” collectively includes:

- Downloading the application to any online electronic device

- Registration with the application form

- Purchase of credit points associated with the Use of targets

- Purchase of targets

- Promotion of targets

- Sale of targets

You should be aware that use of the kelta.com and Use of targets is subject to various risks and you are urged to carefully read and consider the terms of use of kelta.com, including the risks related to social trading and use of targets, prior to accessing information on kelta.com and using your account to enter into trades through kelta.com.
